Less than a week into the 106-day relay, Olympic torches for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games have already started popping up for sale online, with at least two available on the auction website eBay.

In one auction, a Victoria seller says the authentic torch is in "excellent used condition" and comes with documents detailing the section of the relay the torch was used in.

That torch is currently priced at US$500, a veritable bargain when compared with another authentic torch listed at US$2,500.

That torch was used in the Greek leg of the relay before the flame arrived in Canada and though the price might seem a little lofty, at least one Craigslist user is already offering up to $2,000 for a torch.

Torch designer Bombardier has manufactured 12,000 for the 45,000-kilometre relay.
